This is what you have worked so hard for. This is what it is all about.

“Natalie is just the greatest! She was very patient and gave us the freedom to pick which poses and styles we wanted but helped us when we couldn’t think of any as well. And of course, the final prints were some of the best! We can't wait to use her again!!”

How It Works

1.schedule a Call

A 20 minute phone call is the fastest, easiest way to go over all the details and answer any questions you have about working with me. If it sounds like we’re a good fit, we can get your session on the books and start getting ready for some fun! A session fee of $300 and a little paperwork is all that’s required to reserve your spot.

2. Have a great Session

Once we’re booked, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to get ready for your relaxed, zero-pressure session. Sessions usually take place in/around your home or location of your choice and last around 60-90 minutes; two weeks later, you’ll receive 50-ish fully edited proofs to swoon over and choose among. Collection prices start at $300 and are custom built for you.

“Natalie is amazing! She got great pictures of my 3 year old daughter and her 9 month old cousins! We love them!”

—M. Perkins, Tallahassee, FL

Why?

Because you blink and they change. You blink again and they’re off to school. Then college. Then you look back at the photos of yourself when your kids were little and laugh about that tiny crease you were convinced was a huge wrinkle. Then the photos of your baby become the photos she now compares with her own baby’s face. Then the album you keep on the bookshelf becomes the grandkids’ favorite thing to look at during the holidays while you tell them the stories of where they came from.

When?

In a word? Now. The time of year depends on you and your needs (newborns arrive whenever they please, after all), but fall is my busiest season, followed by spring. Newborns can be photographed any time of day; early mornings are generally best for little kids; if you have older kids, all adults, or your family just doesn’t do mornings, then evenings work well, too. If you have a date by which you need your photos, please contact me as early as possible and let me know about your timing.

Where?

I photograph all newborns and most families in their homes. We don’t necessarily need to spend all our time inside - we can go hang in the yard or walk to the local park - but basing the shoot at your home means you’ve got everything you need on hand and can just relax and be yourselves. That said, if you want or need to have your session elsewhere, let’s chat! I have a handful of favorite spots around town that are photo-friendly and relatively private, and I’m always open to new ideas!

How Much?

If you’ve ever shopped for art of any kind before, you know prices are all over the map… and that’s certainly true with photography as well. And like with other art, those prices aren’t easily compared - it’s not apples to apples. With a session fee of $300 and collections starting at $300, you’ll find that my work is neither the cheapest nor the most expensive in the area, but it does represent one of the best values.
